Some Things Speak For Themselves

A special message for Nick:
Pope Benedict XVI says in a new book that the use of condoms can be justified in some cases, such as for male prostitutes seeking to prevent the spread of HIV.

Really, some things need no commentary.

  3. No contraceptives for married couples is the law of the Roman church, is this correct?

And so sodomites are not in violation of this law, correct?

Yet, I'm sure the pope says their sin of fornication is still sin.

Just airing out my brain about this whole thing.

    have a great Lord's day!

  4. No, Roman Catholic homosexuals are encouraged, over time, to "gradually and resolutely" stop.

    From the CCC:

2359 Homosexual persons are called to chastity. By the virtues of self-mastery that teach them inner freedom, at times by the support of disinterested friendship, by prayer and sacramental grace, they can and should gradually and resolutely approach Christian perfection.

But in the meantime, well, all the world's an Altar Boy.
